The vast majority of problems will likely be related to usernames or passwords, and are easily rectified. Use the icons on the top of the screen to access detailed information about this and other information. HAC gives parents the ability to view their student’s coursework and grades in greater detail.
Also, send email to a teacher by tapping the teacher's name. Guardians are encouraged to use the Registration icon on the top of the screen to update their phone numbers and email addresses and to correct missing or incorrect information. Click the Edit icon at the far right of the contacts area if updates are necessary. It is imperative that we have accurate phone numbers and email addresses on record for all guardians. Other changes, including street address and emergency contacts, must be made by contacting the office of your home school.
HAC Help
The Home Access Center module is offered as an additional line of communication with your school and should not be considered the only form of communication. While we will try to respond to parent feedback regarding any issues of this application, we regret that we do not have the resources to provide parent technical support. Grades can always be obtained by communicating with the classroom teacher.
Questions regarding specific grades should be directed to the classroom teacher. We are concerned that students and parents may think that easyHAC is offered by SunGard. Please do not provide your HAC login credentials to any App on the iTunes store, Android Play store or any other online app store unless directed by the district. Please wait in the lobby until you receive permission from the teacher to join the virtual conference. Parents will be able to submit their email address at their student’s School Open House, at other designated parent nights or by visiting the school’s office during school hours with a photo ID. Follow these instructions to register your new account online using the email address you provided to your school. New students will receive an Access ID and Access Password from your school.

Total Access & Mobility Inc
Displays a month-view of the student's attendance that can be toggled to access all months within the current school year. SunGard Public Sector informed the district of an App advertised on the Apple iTunes store as “easyHAC”. This application is not affiliated with SunGard’s Home Access Center application used by MPISD.
Parent's can view their student's Attendance History in HAC. Sending an email to your student's teacher is easy in the Home Access Center. Select the Home icon in the HAC Menu Bar to find the School Links tab to find the PTC Wizard link. 3.Enterthe Requested Information in the required fields and Clickon the Registerbutton. You can register for an HAC Account after your student is enrolled in the School District.

The Home Access Center Privacy Statement can be viewed by clicking on the Privacy Statement link found at the bottom of every Home Access Center page. We will only collect, store and use the guardian data and/or the student data that is accessed through the Home Access Center for district purposes. Parents can view their student’s Grades/Coursework at a high level or more detailed level. Weighted and Percentage information is shown under Full View. You need select the Classes icon in the HAC Menu Bar to see Grades/Coursework.
You can update your contact’s Phone Numbers and Email Addresses in the Demographics tab under Registration. To get to Demographics, Click on the Registration icon at the top of the window. You can now easily move between each student’s information. Click on the radio button next to the student you want to view.
To support students’ academic success and strengthen the partnership between parents, teachers and students, District 99 uses an online system called “Home Access Center” or HAC. This system provides real-time access to classroom grades, daily attendance, schedules, and assignments due. Both guardians and students have access to the system, and have separate logins. For guardians with more than one student at District 99, only one login is required. Parents/guardians and students have a responsibility to ensure that the username and password that is provided for accessing the Home Access Center is kept secure at all times.
